Lhasa to Kathmandu Overland Tour is truly a journey of a lifetime. Passing through adventurous routes, high passes, amazing landscapes and picturesque views, this trip takes us to Lhasa and other beautiful towns of Tibet providing a glimpse to Tibet's unique spiritual and cultural richness. The tour starts with one of the most beautiful flights across the giant Himalayas, right over the magnificent Mt. Everest. We can also enjoy the beautiful view of Yandruk, Kanchanjunga, Makalu, and Pumori along with other peaks and lands at the heart of culturally and historically blessed Lhasa.
Lhasa is truly one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Situated at an altitude of 3650 m and standing aloof and reserved from the rest of the world, Lhasa has been blessed with unique landscapes and rich history. The hub of Tibet's politics, economy and culture Lhasa enchants its visitors with its unique myths and mysteries and rich cultural and spiritual heritage. During your stay at Lhasa, you can visit the world famous Potala palace and get thrilled with its grandeur. One can also enjoy the visit to various monasteries, nunneries and other cultural heritages adding charm to the city.
From Lhasa, the tour will take us to the drive along the Friendship road towards the Nepal Border. The snaky road along the patchy terrain will take us to a different world, full of everlasting views of majestic mountains including Everest, Choyu, Xisapangma and many others from the northern side. The tour passes through various towns of Tibet providing an insight into its rich culture. The tour ends at the border of Nepal- Tibet at small town of Zangmu leaving us with lots of beautiful memories to take home with us.

Day 02:In Lhasa : Visit Potala Palace, Norbulingka Palace and Tibet Museum : 5-6 hours
Day 03:In Lhasa : Visit Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar: 5-6 hours
Day 04:Lhasa to Gyantse (3,950m): 325km, 5-6 hours drive
Day 05:Gyantse to Shigatse (3900m): 98Km, 2 hours drive
Day 06:Shigatse to Nyalamizhangn (3,800m) : 441km, 7-8 hours drive
Day 07:Nyalamizhangn to Kathmandu (1,300m) ; 164, 5 -6 hours drive
