Kathmandu to Lhasa via Everest Base Camp Tour takes travellers to the heart of Tibet, which is famous for its ancient Tibetan culture and rich heritage. This 9-day adventure starts from Kathmandu followed by Nyalam, Dingri, Shegar then the base camp of the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest followed by visits to Shigatse, Gyantse and finally to Lhasa .During this trip, on arriving Lhasa, the travellers will be driven past Tibetan settlements traversing through several high and thrilling passes adorned with the panoramic mountainous views, leading to the Everest region where mighty Mt. Everest locally known as Quomolanga will welcome you with its dazzling smile along with other magnificent peaks including Choyu, Makalu and Shisapangma.

Day 02:Nyalam to Lotingri (4,050m) : 150 Km, 3 hours
Day 03:Lotingri to Shegar (4,150m) via Everest Base Camp (5,250m) : 270 km, 9-10 hrs
Day 04:Shegar to Shigatse (3,900m) with a visit to Sakya Monastery : 300km, 5 -6 hrs
Day 05:Shigatse to Gyantse (3,950m) via Shalu Monastery: 95km, 2 hrs
Day 06:Gyantse to Lhasa (3,650) via Karo La pass and Yamdrok Tso Lake: 200km, 4-5 hrs
Day 07:In Lhasa: Visit Potala Palace, Norbulingka Palace and Tibet Museum : 5-6 hours
Day 08: In Lhasa: Visit Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazaar : hours
