Health and Experience Requirements usually depends on the category of a trek. Adventure Club Trek is capable of personalizing and customizing most of the trekking itineraries as per physical fitness level and trekking experiences of our clients upon request. For a week-long trek in the Himalaya that encompasses regions within 4,000m of height, a person with average health and little to no trekking experience will do fine. For people who take longer to walk or are not as physically fit, the same itinerary can be lengthened to fit their requirements.
For trekkers who wish to scale above 4,000m and reach a close to 6,000m, good physical fitness and some trekking experiences come very handily. As per strenuous plus climbing experience, prior trekking experience in the Himalaya, good physical fitness and mental presence and some form of climbing experience is useful even if it is not mandatory.
