Bhutanese cuisine

Bhutan has known for its spices, and the main part of all their dishes is chilies. The main dish there is red rice served with a bowl of vegetables and a bowl of meat. You can also try out EmaDatshi, (the dish made with cheese and chilies), JashaMaroo(spicy chicken) and PhakshaPaa(pork with red chilies). Apart from local food, you can find western food in cafes and restaurants in major cities.
